FTP into your server and change to the /etc directory. Download the aliases file in ASCII mode.
Remove the line that starts with the name of your support system.
Be sure not to leave a blank line in the middle of your file and to leave one blank line at the end of the file.
Upload that file back to the /etc directory of your server.
Proceed to the Control Panel, and the area to add and remove email aliases
Add and then remove a fake alias to reinitialize your aliases database.
Now change to your /www/conf/ directory in ftp again.
Download and edit the srm.conf file in ascii mode.
Remove the ScriptAlias line which starts with the name of your support system.
Lastly, remove the directories create during setup under
/usr/local/etc/ The top directory is named the same as the support system you installed.
You will also need to remove the .htaccess and .htpasswd files in that directory.
