Computer House has implemented a system whereby you, the customer can attempt to restart your own secure server. You would want to restart your secure server if you make changes to the
/usr/local/cert1/apache/conf/httpsd.conf file, or if your secure server is not currently running.
To do so, do the following:
1. Log into your Control Panel.
2. Change the URL from /cpanel/ to the following:
http://domain.com/cpanel/ssrestart.html
3. This page will attempt to restart your cpanel, if you select the option to restart. If this does not restart your secure server, then contact Computer House Customer Service.
