How do I remove a POP or FTP account?

Answer

  1. From the control panel, select the "Delete Accounts" option from the "Manage Email Services" menu, and select "GO".
  2. This option is used to do exactly what it states, delete an account. You will be prompted with a form asking for the account name to delete.
  3. There is also a "Display List" option, that will show all POP and FTP users on the server.
  4. Click on the "Remove the User" button to delete that specific account after you have selected it from the list or entered it into the text box.
