Yes, you can. To do so, just order the MX record, with the HOSTNAME and IP addresss of the mail server on our order form.
Here is an example of what we will need:

Setup MX Record for$0.00 First Month$20.00 Setup$20.00 Total Due
Domain name for mail server IP Address of mail server
