How do I setup an email address to go to more than one person?

This option will allow you to send email to one address, and have that email go out to multiple people. This is a very useful option, and an example of this would be to setup one email address (customers@yourdomain) to go out to all your customer base. This allows for you to send to one email address without other customers seeing other customer's email addresses. Here is how to configure an email list (maillist).

Log into the Control Panel, and go to the drop down box for "Manage Advanced Options."
In this menu, find the option that states "Create maillist alias," and click on the "GO" button.
You will see a few options listed.

To create a new email alias:

Select "Add New List" from the Choose an action drop down box.
Then, select a username. This will be everything to the left of the email address (i.e. username@yourdomain.com). Then, click on "Submit"
Since this is a new list, you will not be able to see anything in the "Current List", so your next step will be to add the Real Name and Email Address of the user. Once you have done this, you can click the "Add Email Address" button to add the user. Do not click on "Submit".
Continue this until all your email addresses are added.

To edit an existing email list:

Select "Work with Current List" from the Choose an action drop down box, and also ensure you select an "Available Mail List" from that drop down box. If you do not, you can't edit any mail list.
Once the mail list has been selected, click on "Submit".
From this location, you can add, or remove email addresses based upon their Real Name that you have entered.

To display the Real Names and Email Addresses of a current list:

Select the list from the "Available mail lists" drop down box, then click "Submit."
Once you are working with your mail list, click on the "Display List" button on the right hand side of the screen. This will display the email addresses, and Real Names of the users in this list.
