Answer

- Log into the Control Panel. If you need assistance, Click Here.
- From the "Manage Web Server" drop down box, select the "Change your main server password" option.
- Displayed will be a form asking for a new password and a confirmation of the new password. This is where you can change the default password set by our system administrators for your system (FrontPage, FTP, POP, and CPANEL access). This option WILL NOT change your telnet password, if you have telnet access.
- Enter the new password you want into the appropriate field (6-8 chars) and re-enter it into the second field. Press the 'SUBMIT' button to change your password to the desired one.
- PLEASE NOTE: If you change your password and forget it, please be aware that passwords are
encrypted on the server and our Customer Service Representatives can not find out your password after you have changed it. If you cannot enter your cpanel or ftp, after having changed your password, you will need to contact the Computer House Customer Service Center via phone so we can verify your identity and ownership of the account. To do so, review the following link.
