What is a 409 error?

A 409 error is an error that you will receive installing a vpanel if the domain name of the virtual host is either one of the following:

1. Virtual Host domain not in the correct DNS.
2. Virtual Host domain not registered with a registrar.
3. Virtual Host domain not fully propagated.

The 409 error actually will not be generated by any other means. Find the problem from the list above, and proceed appropriately.
