Guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can send it
back within 10 days of the order shipment date for a full refund (minus shipping
charges). After 10 days from the date of the item purchase, merchandise may be subject to a
20% restocking fee. No returns after 30 days. Shipping charges are not
refundable.
Battery, AC Adapter, and Car Adapter
Returns: Products can be returned within 10 days of the order
shipment date. If
the product is being returned because the customer ordered the wrong part or
because they do not need the product any more, there will be a restocking fee of
20% charged. If the battery, AC Adapter, or Car Adapter is
defective there will be no restocking fee if we are contacted within
10 days of the order
shipment date. All batteries, AC Adapters, and Car Adapters come with a one year
warranty. No returns after 30 days. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Warranty Policy: Manufacturer's warranty applies on all items.
All returns require an RMA #. Call (609) 652-5100 before returning anything.
(Parcels returned without an RMA number will not be accepted).
